Product Description

Double Girder Crane

TOP CRANE Double girder cranes consist of two torsion-free box girders. This makes double girder cranes especially suitable for lifting and transporting loads over 10 Ton and for span of more than 25M. Double girder overhead cranes are available with load capacities up to 20 Ton and with spans up to 40 M. On a double girder crane, there are two girder beams that make up the bridge and they’re supported by an end truck on each side. In most instances, the trolley and hoist run on a rail installed on top of the bridge girders.

Product Features

  • Double girder cranes are designed to handle heavier loads compared to single girder cranes. This is because the double girder design provides increased stability and support, allowing the crane to lift and move larger loads.

  • Double girder cranes can be built with longer spans than single girder cranes, which makes them ideal for facilities with larger work areas.
  • Double girder cranes typically have a higher lift height compared to single girder cranes, which makes them useful for lifting and moving heavy loads to higher elevations.
  • Double girder cranes can be customized to meet specific requirements, such as increased lifting capacity, longer spans, or specialized lifting attachments.
  • Double girder cranes are designed for smooth and precise operation, which helps to minimize load sway and improve safety during lifting and movement.
  • Double girder cranes are built to withstand heavy usage and harsh working environments, and are typically constructed from high-quality materials such as structural steel.
