This Grab Overhead crane is a Double Girder Overhead Crane consists of 2 girders, crane traveling mechanism, trolley, electric system and grab. Overhead Crane with grab is widely used in waste incineration plant, bulk material handling site, power stations, warehouses, workshops and ports to grab or lift bulk materials. The lifting capacity includes the weight of grab and the grab opening direction is parallel or vertical to the main girders.

- The Rope Hoists Frame is Fabricated from plates confirming to IS: 2062, GR.A, laser cut profile & duly finished in boring machine
- The Rope Drum is made from seamless pipes / steel plate grooved to take full lift without over-winding.
- The Drum Shaft has ball bearings to ensure smooth running with gears fitted on anti-friction ball bearings in oil bath lubrication.
- The Motor S4, 150 Starts per hour, 40% CDF, crane duty Squirrel Cage motors as per IS: 325
- The Wire Ropes are designed as per IS-2266 specifications.
- The Forged Hooks abide to IS-15560 or equivalent.
- The Rope Guides are attached to prolong rope life.
